- Simpson Memorial Home, Inc. is searching for an Administrator to fill the position at its West Liberty, Iowa campus after the current Administrator’s coming retirement in mid-March. The West Liberty campus (about a fifteen minute drive southeast of Iowa City) includes a skilled nursing facility, assisted living, and independent living options for residents and tenants. Simpson Memorial Home is governed by an all-volunteer Board of community members and does not use a management company for its operations.Our Mission is to provide care in the communities we serve where people feel valued, safe, respected, and loved. Over and above needing an Administrator to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and laws and our obligations to other contractors, we are looking for an Administrator with good leadership and communication skills that can build positive, lasting relationships with our employees, our residents, our tenants, their families, and our community as a whole.Applicants need to be licensed by the State of Iowa as a Nursing Home Administrator.
