Dietary Director (updated 07/07/2026):

The Dietary Director oversees food services in our Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled/Long-Term Care. The Dietary Director is responsible for being a team leader to the dietary aides and cooks, ensuring proper staff training and scheduling,  establishing menus, and making weekly food orders. The Dietary Director ensures regulatory compliance with state and federal rules for food safety, proper nutrition and diets, and infection control. The Dietary Director works with our Registered Dietitian and interdisciplinary care team to ensure proper diet orders are entered and that we are meeting the individual nutritional needs of residents.

The Dietary Director should be a Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professional (CDM, CFPP) and have prior experience in long-term care.

Applicants who have significant dietary and/or management experience in long-term care and are willing to obtain certifications as a CDM, CFPP while working as the Dietary Director will be considered.

The Dietary Director is a salaried position; salary is commensurate with experience.
